Carlyon Beach

Long in the making and testament to the tenacity of the team behind it, Carlyon Beach will be a new beachside village for Cornwall. Comprising homes, restaurants, bars, cafés and shops alongside a hotel and spa, it will celebrate the cream of Cornish culture, while becoming a jewel in St Austell’s crown.

Carlyon Beach will become home to all that is original about this wonderful county, from festivals of food and drink to theatre by the ocean, setting a rich heritage of art and literature alongside the best in contemporary culture. A cornucopia for Cornwall in this most magical of settings. Inspired by the traditional seaside villages that typify this stretch of the Cornish coast, yet contemporary in style, Carlyon Beach will include 511 architect-designed homes.

Carlyon Beach is one of the biggest regeneration projects Cornwall has ever seen and is being managed by CEG, one of the UK’s most established and respected property developers. Detailed planning consent has been granted for the development and on-site work has already commenced.
