Tywardreath Trotter and Fun Run

The Tywardreath Trotter and Fun Run will be held on Saturday 24th July 2021 and is part of the Tywardreath Summer Fete celebrations. Since 2006 the race has raised almost £30,000 for local charities.

The race is usually round 1 of the Cornwall Multi-Terrain Race Series (status of MTRS to be confirmed) and is promoted and assisted by St Austell Running Club. The Trotter consists of a 1-mile fun run open to all ages and a 7-mile race open to competitors aged 16 or over.

Whatever your ability, you’ll be guaranteed a warm welcome at this friendly race just a mile from Cornwall’s south coast. Expect green lanes, picturesque bridleways, some ups and downs and a rousing reception when you arrive back in the heart of the village!

Please note that if the event is cancelled due to COVID no refunds will be given, but your entry will be rolled forward to 2022. Fun run entries will only be accepted on the day: fun run starts at 5.00pm, fun run registration opens at 3.00pm. Main race registration open on the day from 4.00pm.
