Greening Business

Based in the heart of Cornwall, just a short drive from St Austell Train Station and Newquay Airport is St Austell business park. The park boasts many distinguished businesses based in office, units, serviced offices and flexible hot desking facilities.

The modern business park was built with sustainability at it’s core; contemporary cedar cladding, wrapped by wooden walkways with vast windows providing natural light and topped-off with wonderful views of the coastline and beyond – this is quality office space, a working environment to be proud of.

Each office space is flexible, available on a long term or short term lease, fitted out to a high specification with car parking available. Superfast fibre broadband to the premises are available with good mobile phone signal too. Each unit it self contained with WC and kitchenette with gas central hearing and cycle storage. Security barriers and CCTV is in full operation, support is available from our team and site manager and there are communal gardens and plenty of outside space to enjoy.

Conferences can also be held at the business park at the conference centre which can facilitate numerous groups and requirements.

Advanced technology is available for all presentations as well as catering if needed and printing and promotion if desired.

St Austell Business Park has been designed for life, enhancing the local landscape. Abundant plant life and communal courtyards don’t just make a good impression; they make good business sense too.

Our buildings don’t only look good, they’re also clever: designed to minimise their environmental impact without compromising how you run your business. From car parks to pedestrian access, we’ve taken special care to consider every aspect of how we interact with the surrounding space, so we can stand out for all the right reasons.

With materials chosen to reflect the surrounding environment and breakout spaces, which smoothly transition from indoor to out, we’ve created a space that compliments the landscape without compromising it.

Our insulated cedar clad building with a recyclable aluminium roof is finished to a very high standard to meet BREEAM Excellent standards – plus the entire building is powered by the sun, with it’s very-own solar panel array on the roof.
